• Audition Times (45 minutes):  Agest 6-8 - 5:15pm, Ages 9-11 - 6:00pm, Ages 12-14 - 6:45pm, Ages 15+ - 7:30pm.
• Technical requirements must be met in order to make the team.  Examples; Clean pirouette (single/double/triple according to team level).  Correct Spotting.  Graceful even chaines.  Correctly executed multiple style leaps, splits, etc.).

 If you are placed on a competition team:

• You must be enrolled in at least one additional (Mon. - Thurs.) core group class.
• Dance practice will be every Sat. beginning Jan. 10th.  (Xtreme starts Jan. 31st).  Each class lasting 90 minutes.
• Spotlight Diamond Team - 8:45am to 10:15am, Spotlight Emerald Dance Team 11:00am to 12:30pm.  Spotlight Dance Sapphire Team 1:00pm to 2:00pm and Spotlight Ruby Team 2:30pm to 3:30pm.
• Each team will be responsible for learning one or two routines to take to competition.
• Competition is mandatory.  We will attend one to two competitions per session.  This 2008/2009 school session, we will be attending only one dance compatition.
• There will be no absences allowed except for extreme situations or pre-excused reasons. Maximum of two.
• All competition dance team members are required to also be part of Dance Xtreme.  Spotlight Dance Xtreme classes will be directly before your competition team class starting Jan. 31st.

Competition Team Tuition (*Mandatory session consists of five months from Jan. to May)
